Do you accept NDIS funding?

Yes. We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed NDIS participants. All therapy and assessment sessions follow the NDIS Price Guide and are fully claimable.

Do you have availability?

Yes — this clinic has immediate capacity for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy. Your appointment time has been held, and our intake team will confirm everything shortly.

Do you see children and adults?

Yes. We support a wide range of ages, depending on the clinician’s experience. Our intake team will match you with the clinician best suited to your goals and support needs.

How long are therapy sessions?

Standard sessions run 45–60 minutes, depending on the clinician and goals. Shorter reviews or check-in sessions can also be arranged if clinically appropriate.

Do you offer home, school, or community visits?

Yes, depending on clinician availability. Travel charges apply for outreach appointments but not for clinic sessions at Bankstown.

How do cancellations work?

We follow the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation policy. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another family.

What if I need a report?

Reports are completed by your treating clinician and billed at the standard NDIS hourly rate. We’ll discuss your needs during intake so you know exactly what to expect.

Can Support Coordinators refer directly?

Absolutely. Support Coordinators can complete the referral via SMS, over the phone, or through our online referral form — whichever is easiest.

Do you provide Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)?

Yes — depending on clinician availability. If you need an FCA, our intake team will discuss pricing, timeframes, and the assessment pathway during your confirmation call.
